Our Commitment to Marine Conservation - Meet our first adopted manta ray named BLUE MOANA!

At Blue Moana, we believe that caring for the ocean is a responsibility we all share. That’s why we’re committed to donating a percentage of our sales profits every quarter to projects that truly make a difference. We know that together we can protect the marine life and ecosystems that inspire us so much.

To start off strong, we've already made our first donation to Manta Trust , an incredible organization dedicated to the research and conservation of oceanic manta rays and their habitats. We're excited to tell you that, as part of this collaboration, we've adopted a manta we've named "Blue Moana." Yes, we now have our very own manta!

Why Manta Trust?
Mantas are majestic, but they are also vulnerable. Manta Trust works to protect them through research, education and collaboration with local communities. We love their scientific approach and their passion for making the ocean a safer place for these incredible creatures. We chose to start with them because we share their vision: an ocean full of life, where every species has its place.

Here is a photo of Blue Moana! Blue Moana is a juvenile female manta ray (about 2.8 m from wingtip to wingtip). She was first seen at Makunudhoo Falhu Fun in Makunudhoo Atoll on 2022-03-14 and has been seen twice since then, most recently on 2023-02-08.
