1. What makes Blue Moana clothes special?
At Blue Moana, every piece of clothing is designed to last. We use high-quality materials, like organic cotton, recycled linings, and durable blends, to ensure our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are comfortable, durable, and environmentally responsible. Plus, each design is inspired by the beauty and stories of marine life.

2. How do we help the environment?
Our designs are printed using DTG (Direct to Garment) technology with eco-friendly water-based inks. This ensures vibrant colours, incredible detail and a more responsible process, reducing ink waste. Safe even for children's clothing!

We use organic or recycled materials. To verify the content of the materials, we collect valid certificates from our suppliers. As proof of the ecological composition of the garments, we only accept GOTS or OCS certificates. For recycled composition, we accept GRS or RCS certificates.

Finally, our suppliers are partnered with Native to allow their customers the option of offsetting all CO2 emissions associated with their orders.

Fees from this shipping method will be used to fund projects around the world that reduce carbon emissions. This way, we offset the average emissions associated with blank product manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and the intended care of the product.

3. Why do we produce each garment to order?
At Blue Moana we want to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible. That's why every garment is made to order, exclusively for you. This helps us avoid wasting stock and ensure that each piece is unique.

While we do accept returns within 15 days , we ask that you do so responsibly. Since we produce each garment only when you order it, avoiding unnecessary returns helps us remain a sustainable brand. If you have questions about sizes or materials before purchasing, just ask us! We'll be happy to help you choose the best option.

4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Since we produce each garment to order, we need a little extra time to make sure everything is perfect. Orders typically take 7-14 days to arrive at your doorstep. We promise it will be worth the wait!

5. How do I care for my Blue Moana garments?
To keep your clothes in perfect condition:

• Wash them inside out, in cold or warm water.
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
• Air dry when possible, or tumble dry on low heat.

This will help preserve the designs and keep them looking new for longer.

6. How does Blue Moana contribute to marine conservation?
A percentage of each purchase goes to marine conservation projects, helping to protect species and ecosystems. We believe that learning more about marine life inspires us to care for it, and your purchase is part of this mission.

7. Can I customize my garments?
Yes, of course! If you want a custom design, such as adding a logo for a special trip or event, or even suggesting a new animal, please email us at info@bluemoana.es . We'd be happy to create something unique for you.

8. What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of sizes so that everyone can find their perfect garment. Check our size guide on each product to make sure you choose the best fit.
